<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg increased in the amount of a matrix resin by reducing the use amount of general-purpose reinforcing fibers and to eliminate the handling difficulty from an aspect of molding caused by the excess of the resin by the use of a thermoplastic resin film. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber/resin layer is formed so that the content of an epoxy resin (specific gravity; 1.24) becomes 55 wt.% by carbon fibers with a tensile elastic modulus of 240 GPa, a specific gravity of 1.8, and a fiber weight basis of 27 g/m<2> and a film comprising nylon 12 (specific gravity; 1.08) and having a thickness t2 of 80μm is laminated on one side surface of the carbon fiber/resin layer to form a carbon prepreg 101. This prepreg 101 is a low elastic prepreg of which the fiber volume content (vf) is 13%, and the bending elastic modulus of a molded product formed of the prepreg 101 is 25 GPa.</p> |
