TWIST BOARD UNICYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device which can combine cycling exercise and twisting exercise. SOLUTION: A saddle part 5 for a user 21 to sit is provided on the upper side of a monocycle, pedal parts 9 pressed by the user 21 with both feet while sitting on the saddle part 5 are provided to form a body part and a rotary part 11 is provided on the lower side of the body part to support it about a vertical axis. A turn board 12 freely rotatable about the vertical axis is provided on the top part of the rotary part 11 and the turn board 12 is detachably connected to the body part.
