摘要 FIELD: nuclear engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes placing of LuCl3 weight into crucible of ions source which is installed into separating chamber; evacuation of chamber and ionization of LuCl3 vapors; withdrawal of formed ions through slot of gas-discharge chamber and formation of ion beam; separation of formed ion beam under action of accelerating voltage and stationary magnetic field with strength of 3300 Oe into two ion beams of isotopes in compliance with masses of their ions. Beams of isotopes are focussed by magnetic filed in focal plane where inlets of receiver boxes are located. Focusing is controlled with the help of additional electrode in the form of molybdenum rod located above end faces of receiver box walls. Walls of receiver boxes and additional electrode are installed so that they are displaced with respect to minimal signal between isotopes through one half of additional electrode width towards more powerful isotope along focal plane. Degree of focusing of ion beam is additionally controlled by ratio of ion current value across receiver boxes to minimal ion current across additional electrode with periodic displacement of ion beam of low-occurring isotope towards more powerful isotope by varying of accelerating voltage. As a result, 9.1 g of lutecium-176 are produced with 75.7% enrichment. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
