PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly cancel ACC control when there is a pedal operation and eliminate a sense of incongruity in braking operation. SOLUTION: In the controlled brake booster, a solenoid mechanism 35 boosting power pistons 7 and 8 independently of an input rod 21 interlocked with a brake pedal. BP is provided inside a valve body provided on the power pistons 7 and 8 inside a shell body 3, the solenoid mechanism 35 is controlled by an ACC 70, and a booster body BS is operated as an automatic brake. A switching means 55 detecting a pedal operation from a relative movement between the valve body and the input rod 21 is provided inside the booster body BS. In a state of the booster body BS not operating as the automatic brake, an ON signal q of the switching means 55 and an ON signal m of a brake light switch 71 are taken in a cancel determining means 74, and the ACC control can be canceled even when the brake pedal BP is depressed lightly. |
