SOLUTION: There are provided right and left side clutches respectively engaging and disengaging a right and a left driving devices and a reduction clutch for the driving device and a braking mechanism for braking whose side clutch is disengaged, and on the outside of a side of a mission case 9, a steering link mechanism for switching a steering selector valve for operating the side clutch with operation of an operating member manipulated by an electric motor 110 form a neutral position and a mode switching interlocking mechanism Z2 for switching a turning mode selector valve for selectively connecting a clutch C and a braking mechanism B to a hydraulic pressure supply source with operation of the operating member form the neutral position to a set position are arranged at a height at which a removal operation of an upper continuously variable transmission 8 is allowed, the electric motor 110 is controlled based on detection of steering and operation and a turning control valve is linked with steering manipulator.
