PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for filling a stock and for smoothly and efficiently taking out a molded foamed molding in a step of molding a foamed synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The method for taking out the molding comprises the steps of filling a foamable resin stock in a mold, heating to foam the resin with heated vapor to mold a foamed resin, cooling the resin, and then automatically taking out the resin from the mold. The method further comprises the steps of filling the stock by using a resin stock throwing unit 4 with an ejector, ejecting a molding flying air from a distal end of an ejector by a hollow plunger head 20 of the unit 4, releasing the molding from the mold, and further automatically taking out the molding by ejecting the head 20.
