PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy confirmation of a location or cause of a problem in physical distribution work. SOLUTION: In a positional information database 22, positional information of the movable body is stored in time sequence. A diagram preparing part 25 prepares a traveling diagram of the movable body on the basis of the stored positional information. The traveling diagram is displayed in a display device 28 while being compared with a standard diagram. A locus data preparing part 27 prepares traveling locus data showing a traveling locus of the movable body on the basis of the stored positional information. The traveling locus data are displayed in the display device 28 along with delay information or traffic information of the movable body.
