PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film puncher that can exactly punch round vegetable-transplanting holes on the mulch film in a vegetable transplanter. SOLUTION: The objective mulch film puncher is attached to the machine body of a vegetable-transplanting machine and equipped with the heating head 9 that fuses the mulch film coming up or going down almost in the perpendicular direction to form the hole M-1 wherein the heating head 9 has an inclined face running up obliquely to the running direction of the machine body 1.
