PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth guard that has a high shock absorbing property, a low sticking tendency, cleanness and durability (tear resistance) and is thinner than a conventional one and has a good feeling of wearing, and a laminated sheet for the mouth guard suited for manufacture of the mouth guard. SOLUTION: The mouth guard is formed of two or more resin layers, at least one layer of which is excellent in shock absorbing, and other layers do not have a sticking tendency, and the laminated sheet for the mouth guard is provided.
