PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapling device with which a sure stapling operation is carried out by suppressing a shift of a driving position with a driver and miniaturization and stability of the whole stapler are raised. SOLUTION: In the stapling device equipped with a driver part 60 which is, in a freely reciprocative manner, supported with a device frame to drive a staple into a bundle of sheets; a first cam component 23 and a second cam component 24 connected to the driver part 60 in order to reciprocate the driver part 60; and a driving motor 21 connected to the first cam component 23 and the second cam component 24 via a group of reduction gears 22, the first cam component 23 and the second cam component 24 are constituted of at least two rotary cams 23e and 24e which have driver swinging pins 23g and 24g in a direction crossing a plane formed by reciprocative loci of the driver part 60 and two cam components 23 and 24 are engaged with the driver part 60 by at least two points.
