SOLUTION: In the supplying apparatus A for dispersing the magnetic coating material pressurized by a pressurizing means by a dispersing means and supplying the coating material to the coating apparatus, a plunger pump, in which the pulsation of the magnetic coating material is eliminated by shifting the phases of a plurality of plungers to keep the discharge quantity constant, is used.
