FIELD: gas transportation systems. SUBSTANCE: device has housing heat exchanger-recuperator, supply and discharge passages divided by baffle; heat exchanger-recuperator is mounted rotatably; hollow heat exchanger is divided by inner partition and is located in such way that angle between axis of rotation of heat exchanger-recuperator and projection of vector of velocity of air flow front on plane including axis of rotation of heat- exchanger-recuperator parallel to baffle of housing is equal to 90 deg; clearance is provided between outer surface of heat exchanger- recuperator and inner surface of housing; besides that inner baffle of heat exchanger-recuperator is located in the same plane as baffle of housing and projection of heat exchanger-recuperator on plane of housing cross section is similar to shape of section of housing inner cavity in the same plane.
