摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human B cell translocation genes-2 and 3, a polypeptide coded by the genes and a method for producing the polypeptide by a recombination technology. SOLUTION: A method for using the polypeptide for treating abnormal cell growth is disclosed. Furthermore, a diagnostic assay method for assaying susceptibility to diseases related to a mutation in a nucleic acid sequence coding for the polypeptide and detecting a change of the level of the polypeptide is also disclosed.
