FIELD: methods and devices for production of transparent films or transparent coating layers with structurized surface at least from one side and structure or flat pattern located from other surface of substrate with accurate registration to structurized surface. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of at least two rotating rolls, one of which is smooth, while the other, is lenticularly structurized. Applied between said rolls is structurized coating layer with its subsequent consolidation. The third rotating roll with structurized surface for coating application ensures application of one more layer from back side of structurized surface with exact registration and consolidation. Position of rolls and gaps between rolls may be very accurately adjusted with the help of respective appliances. Rotation of all rolls is controlled by drive. Rolls are rotated at the same speed but in opposite direction. Film or coating layer is produced by application of layer of thermoplastic polymer material for film substrate supplied by the first roll to the second one, and consolidation by radiation penetrating through film substrate of layer of thermoplastic polymer material adjoining the side surface of the second roll. The third roll has structural or flat pattern on its periphery surface. Then one more layer of thermoplastic polymer material consolidated by radiation is applied to other side of film substrate supplied by the second roll to the third roll and coated from at least one side. Layer of polymer coating applied to the other outside surface of film substrate is consolidated by radiation. EFFECT: profitable production with exact registration structurized from both sides of films or coatings. 34 cl, 8 dwg
