PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive body without danger of leaking urine through spaces by motion of a wearer and a product with the absorptive body. SOLUTION: In this absorptive body with an absorptive body layer containing at least one of powder, particle, or microfiber of SAP (water highly absorptive resin) and fluff pulp, the absorptive body is placed in contact with the absorptive body layer and is equipped with an absorptive body coating layer comprising a waterproof and high air permeable synthetic resin perforated film. The absorptive body coating layer is constituted so as to prevent the absorptive body components from leaving the absorptive body and to keep shape stability. The perforated film has a number of projections in a funnel shape with the top part with a narrow opening and the bottom part with a wide opening and is placed so that the top part of the projection part is in contact with the absorptive body layer.
