PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to insert an implant fixer which is useful for inserting a tissue implant into a bone or the surface of another body. SOLUTION: This is a device to insert an implant fixer into a bone and includes a fixing member, a slide rod member, a hammer handle member, and a pair of prongs. The tip end part of the slide rod is fixed on the first end part of the fixing member so that the axis of the slide rod in the longitudinal direction is in an acute angle against the fixing member. The hammer handle member is slidably attached to the slide rod member. The base end part of a fixing rod is fixed to the second end part of the fixing member. A pair of prongs are extended from the tip end part of the fixing rod. The axis of the slide rod in the longitudinal direction is parallel with the axis of the angled tip end part of the fixing rod in the longitudinal direction.
