PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mechanical force to be made to act on laundry in a washing process. SOLUTION: High concentration detergent liquid whose detergent concentration is 80 to 500 magnifications is generated by dissolving a detergent in the small amount of city water, the chemical washing power of the detergent acting on stains stuck to the laundry is made to act by spraying/infiltrating the high concentration detergent liquid to the laundry wetted beforehand by the flow rate of 5 to 10L per minute regardless of a city water pressure while diluting it to the detergent concentration of 5 to 20 magnifications, and washing efficiency is improved. Thereafter, in the case of supplying the amount of water required for washing and performing washing, the mechanical force made to act on the laundry is reduced and the damages and entanglements of the laundry are reduced.
