PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a blank carton at an accurate position when a packaging container having a varied dimension is to be manufactured. SOLUTION: The packaging container molding apparatus has a shaft part arranged in a freely rotatable manner, a plurality of mandrels 21 arranged to the outer peripheral edge of the shaft part so as to be turned outwardly in the diameter direction of the shaft part and variable carton stoppers 41 arranged along the mandrels 21 to position of the blank carton 16 at a plurality of positions. In this case, since the variable carton stopper 41 is arranged to each of the mandrels 21 and the blank carton 16 is positioned at a plurality of positions, the position of the blank carton 16 to each mandrel 21 is not changed.
