FIELD: food industry, medicine, cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: method includes extraction of reduced pine kernels with ethanol with subsequent separation of oil from alcohol. Moreover, extraction is performed under the impact of UHF-radiation at 500-1000 W for 3-6 min. The innovation enables to obtain highly qualitative arbor vitae oil that does not contain any tannins, shorten the duration of production process and electric power expenses.
