PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a tip clearance between a fan and a fan case. SOLUTION: Brackets 32, 33 are fixedly provided on a frame F through mount rubber 31. The side end parts of a radiator 23 are fixed to the brackets 32, 33, and a fan driving hydraulic motor 21 is fixedly provided. The fan case 16 is mounted to the radiator 23 by bolts 34, and a multiblade fan 20 is supported from the hydraulic motor 21. The vibration systems of the fan case 16 and multiblade fan 20 are thereby almost equalized to minimize the tip clearance.
