PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for preventing a microparticle substance accompanied by fluid flowing in a lumen from passing. SOLUTION: This prevention device has a fiber matrix electro-spun around an expandable and foldable wire frame 12. The prevention device in a folded form can advance through a lumen 22 and, in an expanded form, can engage with the wall part of a lumen. The fiber matrix is formed of a plurality of hole gaps to block a particle material 28 to pass through and to enable fluid to pass through.
