SOLUTION: When the set supply quantity Qm of the powder paint F and a carrying air flow rate Qt are inputted (S1), it is judged whether the learning data of the suction air pressure Pfm in the inputted set supply quantity Qm is stored in a memory (S2) and, if it is stored, the learning data of the suction air pressure Pfm is read (S3) and a suction air pressure regulator is operated in a moment corresponding to the value of the read learning data (S4). Thereafter, the set supply quantity Qm is set as a target value to transfer to PID control (S5). The value of the suction air pressure Pfm at a time when the actual supply quantity becomes the set supply quantity Qm is stored in the memory as the learning data (S6).
