PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost recording apparatus by mounting a discharged paper sheet stacker of simple structure allowed to be stored in a recording apparatus body during non-use and drawn from the recording apparatus body in use on the recording apparatus body with a small number of parts. SOLUTION: The discharged paper sheet stacker 111 is mounted to be freely stored and drawn out on the back side of a lower housing 107, and formed to intersect the carrying direction of a recording paper sheet and bend upward, whereby the discharged paper sheet stacker can be set at a designated height without any parts for raising a discharged paper sheet receiving surface 111C. Accordingly, the constitution is simple and any increase in number of parts and cost is not caused.
