PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve washing performance by dissolving a detergent at the time of supplying water, generating the washing water of an appropriate concentration and spraying it to laundry. SOLUTION: A detergent feed box 25 provided with a shaft 32 on a center part is provided inside a water pouring case 26, a detergent case 28 provided with a mesh 30 on a side face and a bottom surface and formed in a conical shape for housing the detergent is supported by the shaft of the detergent feed box freely rotatably in a horizontal direction, and a nozzle 35 for spraying the water in a film shape to the detergent case is disposed on the upper part of the detergent case. A first water supply means supplying the water to the water pouring case and a second water supply means supplying the water to the nozzle are provided. The detergent is pressed to the mesh by the water sprayed from the nozzle, the detergent is dissolved by a water stream flowing around the detergent and the detergent liquid of a high concentration flows down from the mesh. By controlling the opening and closing of the first water supply means and the second water supply means, the detergent liquid of the appropriate concentration is generated and supplied to a washing tub.
