PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for caring for keratin on a sole of the foot by removing an old horny layer, for which method time and effort are not required, since the old keratin on the sole of the human foot is the substance into which horny cells have deteriorated by aging, and the cracked keratin damages socks and stockings when the keratin is untreated. SOLUTION: In a sole of footwear, a member capable of grinding the horny layer of the sole of the user's foot is arranged on the insole surface where the sole of the foot comes into contact.
