PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic operation unit which can automatically reproduce a water supply initially set by an operator corresponding to ultrasonic setting securing the minimum (recommended) water supply to suppress heat generation of a probe. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic operation unit 1 is to operate an organism by ultrasonic vibration and is equipped with a setting means 4 to set an ultrasonic output and a water supply and a control means 2 to store the track of the water supply setting set by the setting means 4 based on the stored track of the water supply upon setting the ultrasonic setting by the setting means 4.
