PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which enables a user to easily select a constitution of a dish basket corresponding dish shapes and can house dishes regardless of difference of shapes such as thickness, sizes, etc. SOLUTION: A part of a dish support member to support dishes is made detachable or movable. This dishwasher is equipped with a dish basket which has a part of the detachable or movable dish support member to support dishes when the part is not used for supporting dishes.
