FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two subsystems - the superior one and the inferior one. Each subsystem has an arch with two members for fastening wires and hollow internally threaded cylinder movably mounted on the arch and having a through hollow for receiving sharp-ended rod, sector and two bars - the short one and the long one binding the arch and the sector. The working part is designed as long bars fixed on free ends and being internally threaded cantilever in the superior subsystem and ball bearing movably fixed on collar member having a through hole for receiving transverse threaded rod to allow movable setting of the collar member in the cantilever with internal thread. EFFECT: reduced risk of infection; enabled movements at early stage in the device; accelerated rehabilitation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
