FIELD: chemical industry, construction, metallurgy and other branches of industry employing powder separation equipment using air and gas flow. SUBSTANCE: method involves using gravitational classifier having shaft equipped with additional branch pipe adapted for discharging of 0.3-0.8 part of air flow from separation zone and positioned in the vicinity and above basic material supplying branch pipe. Additional branch pipe is coupled through additional catch with dosing hopper and device for regulating flow rate of air flow portion to be discharged. Said regulator is connected in series with filter and air blower. Filter is connected to first catch.
