FIELD: centralized property and fire control over dispersed objects via telephone communication lines. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in insertion of re-start unit into active multiplexers and active concentrators of automatic telephone exchange which ensures restoration of operational information from energy-independent storage or over communication lines with centralized control desk. This approach increases operational reliability of emergency and fire alarm system. Possibility of supernumerary operation of active multiplexers and active concentrator is excluded thanks to constant control over correct sequence of implementation of programs in active multiplexers and active concentrators via re-start unit. Same hardware set provides for reduced time for restoration of serviceability of units. EFFECT: reduced time for restoration of serviceability of hardware units. 3 dwg
