PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene affected by endocrine disruption actions, a method for detecting a substance having the endocrine disruption actions by using the gene affected by the endocrine disruption actions and a DNA array or equivalents thereto used for the method for detecting the substance having the endocrine disruption actions. SOLUTION: This method for detecting the endocrine disruptors is characterized by comprising a step of comparing expression amounts of one or more kinds of genes represented by table 5 to 114 and table 117 to 397 (refer to the specification) in a cell, a tissue or an organism exposed to a sample with expression amounts of the genes in the cell, the tissue or the organism which is not exposed to the sample.
