PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage-fitted tool holder preventing a shrinkage-fitted tool from rotating in the circumferential direction to a chuck cylinder. SOLUTION: This shrinkage-fitted tool holder is formed by expanding the chuck cylinder 2 formed on one end side of a holder body 1, by heating, and inserting a shank part 7 of the tool 6 in the heat-expanded chuck cylinder 2 to perform shrinkage fitting. A lock pin 8 hindering the shrinkage-fitted tool 6 from rotating in the circumferential direction to the chuck cylinder 2 is provided inside the chuck cylinder 2.
