PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the inner peripheral side center part of the orbit of a Ferris wheel a space part without the presence of a supporting frame body or the like and to turn around the orbit twice. SOLUTION: The Ferris wheel is provided with an endless rail 10 with the orbit, the supporting frame body supporting the rail, gondolas 20 for passengers going around the inner periphery or outer periphery of the rail and a driving device for driving the gondolas for the passengers to go around, and the rail turns around twice by arranging the rail at a part of it. The inner peripheral side of the rail to turn around is the space part without the presence of the supporting frame body or the like. The gondolas 20 for the passengers are freely turnably supported inside an annular frame via a supporting part at a truck turning around the rail 10 and the gondolas for the passengers maintain a horizontal state at all times by the other posture control means. The Ferris wheel can be installed not only in an amusement park but also inside a plurality of floors at the top of a high-rise building.
