PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple moxa cauterizing cylinder and moxa cautery which enable moxa to be stably burned in a paper cylinder and is enabled to vertically move to adjust a distance to the skin for adjusting temperature. SOLUTION: A flat or uneven shape shelf is formed of a fire-resistant or nonflammable metal net, metal foil, or metal sheet, or fire-resistant or nonflammable paper, cloth, felt, or nonwoven fabric on the upper part of the cylinder to house a matter to be burned such as moxa.
