The present invention refers to a transactions register terminal which incorporates a client electronic identifier, an images digital capturing artifact such as a digital photographic camera and a characters optical identification program for capturing and registering the dispensed quantity of product and the amount to be pay that will appear separately in the displayer of the dispenser equipment utilized for the sale of dispensed products, such as fuels. With the latter it is eliminated the need of integrate electronically the transactions register terminal to the dispenser equipment and to the computerized administrative systems; also it is increased the security of the transaction and it is reduced or eliminated the costs and time of implementation automatic electronic paying systems integrated to the dispenser equipment.
