A filter cotton is provided on top of the water draining guide pipe of a water collecting plate to prevent extravenous matter from dropping to the water draining guide pipe. The water draining guide pipe is provided at the bottom of the water collecting plate, and connected to the waste water treatment device (21) of a gargle bench (2) to collect waste water in the water collecting plate. Waste water collected by the water drainage guide pipe is treated collectively by the waste water treatment device. The water collecting plate is installed in front of the air sucking inlet of an air sucking device. An air sucking pipe (41) collects flying saliva and volatile chemicals produced during the process, or flying moisture from tooth grinding machine into air sucking and sterilizing device (3), by utilizing its bending property. One end of the air sucking pipe is connected to the top surface of the gargle bench. The other end of the air sucking pipe has an air sucking mask structure (4) provided with clinical lamp and air sucking mask (12) which can be adjusted to with the clinical lamp optimum position.
