PURPOSE: Provided are a sorting apparatus of a combine and a second treatment device thereof which completely remove branches and stalks from crops without damage to grains. CONSTITUTION: The second treatment device(10) of the sorting apparatus has an inlet(41) at one side of a cylindrical body(45) forming the outer housing. The inlet(41) is connected to an end of a second circulating conveyor(14). The crops to be treated is introduced from the second circulating conveyor(14) through the inlet(41) into the cylindrical body(45). The cylindrical body(45) has a control valve(63) on the inner surface under the inlet(41). The control valve(63) controls the transport rate of the crops in a second treatment device(10).
