METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HYBRID ION EXCHANGE FILTER MATERIAL WITH ION EXCHANGE FIBER AND ION EXCHANGE RESIN COMBINED AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHEMICAL FILTER UNIT USING THE FILTER MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hybrid ion exchange filter material which increases service life and removing efficiency of noxious ion gas by increasing ion exchange capability with differential pressure reduced, and a method for manufacturing a chemical filter unit using the filter material are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a hybrid ion exchange filter material comprises the processes of manufacturing an ion exchange non-woven fabric(1); manufacturing an ion exchange web(3) by forming an ion exchange fiber(2) on the ion exchange non-woven fabric(1) by a carding machine or air-array method; evenly dispersing an ion exchange resin(4) on the ion exchange web(3) that is being moved; and coupling three-dimensional random structure to a part of two-dimensional random fiber alignment by vertically reciprocating a needle attached needle plate when passing the laid-up layers through a needle loom(5) after laying up layers by putting the ion exchange web(3) manufactured by an other carding machine or air-array method or the ion exchange non-woven fabric(1) that is already manufactured on the ion exchange web(3) on which the ion exchange resin(4) is evenly dispersed, wherein a final product of the hybrid ion exchange filter material(6) is obtained by passing the mechanically coupled layers through a certain treatment after evenly dispersing the ion exchange resin(4) on the ion exchange web(3) obtained by stitch bonding or spraying and mechanically coupling the laid-up layers through the needle loom(5), and various types of hybrid ion exchange filter materials(6) are obtained as occasion demands by freely controlling differential pressure and ion exchange adsorption capability depending on amount, thickness or coupling extent of the ion exchange fiber(2).
