PURPOSE: An asymmetric 2-side prism light guide panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a stacking type mold for fabricating the same are provided to increase the luminance of the light guide panel and realize horizontally or vertically asymmetric viewing angles. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an asymmetric 2-side prism light guide panel includes a stacking and clamping step of aligning a plurality of thin plates by a predetermined inclination angle, a mirror surface processing step of processing an end surface of the slantly stacked thin plates to a plane surface and processing the plane surface to a mirror surface, a realigning and core-assembling step of aligning the slant thin plates of two thickness by two inclination angles alternately wherein inclination directions of neighboring thin plates become different to form an asymmetric prism shape with the mirror surfaces of the end parts, and a mold-assembling and injection molding step of assembling the assembled core mold to the inside of a mold and carrying out the injection molding.
