PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna transmitter-receiver with an excellent transmission reception characteristic while keeping prescribed calibration accuracy. SOLUTION: The array antenna transmitter-receiver comprises an array antenna 10, wireless transmission reception sections 30-1-n corresponding to each antenna element, user signal processing sections 50-1-m corresponding to the number m of users, multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits 20-1-n, 40-1-n provided to inputs and outputs of the wireless transmission reception sections 30-1-n, a calibration signal transmission reception processing section 70 that generates a calibration signal in a burst way on the basis of calibration interval information 300 outputted from a calibration interval decision section 90 and detects a difference between the calibration signal passing through the wireless transmission reception sections 30-1-n and the original calibration signal, and the calibration interval decision section 90 that decides the calibration interval in a way that the calibration accuracy satisfies a prescribed standard and the calibration interval is as long as possible. |
