PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the content of a sent mail to be read only by a receiver himself or herself without depending on the behavior of the receiver side. SOLUTION: A specific character code (a key code) is to be included in a sending mail. When a cellular phone at receiver side received the mail, the mail is verified whether the specific character code is included in the mail or not. If the specific character code is included, the mail is determined as a mail attached with a request for a personal identification number(PIN). At displaying the content of the mail attached with the request for the PIN, the input of an operator's PIN is requested.
