PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus circuit unit retaining structure which enables a circuit unit to be easily inserted into or drawn out from a housing case without increasing an electronic apparatus in scale or causing damage to the circuit unit. SOLUTION: A private branch exchange (electronic apparatus) 1 is equipped with a locking pawl (locking part) 10R fixed to a housing case 10, and a lock control member 30 which is provided with a locking plate 30R. The locking plate 30R is located in a gap between the housing case 10 and a control unit (circuit unit) 20 housed in the housing case at the prescribed position, and unfolded in the direction in which the control unit 20 is inserted or drawn out. The lock control member 30 is installed in a freely movable manner between a locking position at which the locking plate 30R is engaged with the locking pawl 10R and an unlocking position at which the locking plate 30R is disengaged from the locking pawl 10R.
