PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open plug socket which can prevent heteropolar charging portions from short-circuiting each other and can shorten a full height of a device itself. SOLUTION: A cover 1 having a tap blade insertion portion 11 and an assembly screw hole 12 on a surface, a blade receiving portion 31 and a terminal portion 32 are integrated. A blade receiving spring 3 provided with the terminal portion 32 above a bottom face of the blade receiving portion 31 and a body 2 connected to the cover 1 are provided. The body 2 has a terminal mounting portion 21, a storage portion 22 of the blade receiving portion which is at a lower face than a front face 20a of the body 2, a partition rib 23 which separates mutual spaces of the blade receiving spring 3 spatially, and a screw fitting portion 24 of an assembly screw 4. The partition rib 23 is constituted so that it is positioned higher than a tip of the blade receiving spring 3.
