SOLUTION: This capacitor is equipped with a substrate 1 equipped with terminals 9 at both ends and a shaft core 8 depressed around from the terminals 9, an insulating separator 11 made at the shaft core 8, and a conductive film 4 made on the surface of the substrate 4 and separated by the insulating separator 11.
