PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of synthetic fiber textile is provided which is characterized by having excellent waterproofing capability, fire resistance and light fastness, making it possible to use colored textile easily because of not generating whitening after a waterproofing finish and a flame retardant finish, and increasing heat stability. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic fiber textile having waterproofing-fire resistance is obtained by a process containing the steps of: mixing bromide(formula I) and aromatic phosphate ester containing 50-53wt.% of bromine, 1-3wt.% of phosphorus to produce phosphate bromide; mixing 100pts.wt. of resident resin, polyurethane resin, 25-65pts.wt. of phosphate bromide, 3-20pts.wt. of metallic oxide, 10-50pts.wt. of one or a mixture selected from flame retarding agent(formula II:HO-A-B-A-OH, formula III:D-O-A-B-A-O-D), and 5-20pts.wt of a compound(formula IV:A-B-A) to produce a coating solution; coating the textile with the coating solution first; mixing 10-50pts.wt. of one or a mixture selected from the formula II or the formula III, 2-6pts.wt. of silica powder and 5-15pts.wt. of metallic oxide based on 100pts.wt. of polyurethane resin to produce a coating solution; coating the coated textile with the coating solution second; manufacturing 0.3-2.0% of an aqueous solution of fluoric water repellent; and then treating the coated textile with the aqueous solution to control the textile having 50-100% of pick-up, followed by heating at 180deg.C. In the formula II, III and IV, A is derivatives of halogenated hydrocarbon of benzene or benzene nucleus substituted with at least one of halogen atom, B is oxygen or C2-C4 hydrocarbon or halogenated hydrocarbon, and D is C2-C6 hydroxy alkyl or halogenated hydroxy alkyl compound.
