<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loss of a parking ticket by eliminating the need of the parking ticket and to simplify the parking management. SOLUTION: This managing device is provided with a camera 12 to photograph the video of a vehicle entering an entrance chamber, a display device 17 having a screen 23 to show the video of the entered vehicle photographed with the camera 12, and a vehicle selector 18 to select the video of the entered vehicle shown on the display device 17. The display device 17 has a screen 23 to display the parking charge of the entered vehicle selected by the vehicle selector 18 and the face of a driver in the case of exit. A driver controller 22 performs an exit operation to transfer the selected entered vehicle from a parking chamber to an exit chamber when payment of parking charge shown on the display device 17 is discriminated by a charge detector 19. A vehicle retrieving device 21 discriminates a signal from a vehicle specification factor recognizing device 15 corresponding to a signal from a vehicle specification factor instructing device 16. The display device 17 has the screen 23 to show only the video of the entered vehicle discriminated by the vehicle retrieving device 21.</p> |
