PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device provided with an input circuit in which optimum input characteristics in a mounting state are given with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A digital signal is inputted in a register using an input circuit of which the operation speed is made lower than that of a high speed input circuit, of which the characteristic is varied by a digital signal, with respect to the high speed input circuit and optimum input characteristics are set corresponding to each mounting state.
