PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that only one way is allowed in changing a priority of a storage devices from which an OS is read by pressing a key on a keyboard, and that a user is forgetful which key is the prescribed key. SOLUTION: A priority is changed by the decision by which input means input for change of priority is inputted, based on a priority association means which associates a plurality of input means to operate an information processing unit with a plurality of priorities.
