SOLUTION: The noise canceller 12 previously stores parameters of noises according to vehicle speeds, accelerations and present locations by noise pattern memory means 122 and suppresses or removes the noises based on the data on the vehicle speeds, accelerations and present locations from the vehicle side in noise cancellation means 121 from the data from a vehicle speed sensor 13, acceleration sensor 14 and car navigation system 15. As a result, the noise canceller to cancel the noises suitable for the vehicle speeds, accelerations and present locations can be realized.
