PURPOSE: Provided are calcium replenishers made from oyster shells and every kind of fruits, such as a lemon, japanese apricot, an apple and the like and methods for preparing them by fermentation and aging. The calcium replenishers increase the absorption of calcium contained oyster shells into a body. CONSTITUTION: The method of a calcium replenisher is characterized by fermenting and aging 30-50 wt.% of oyster shells or their powders and 25-50 wt.% of fruits with adding 0.1-10% of vinegar and 0.1-3% of malted rice; and filtering and sterilizing them.
